Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We will not charge your card until the goods you have ordered are ready to ship. Back-ordered items will not be charged for until they too are ready to ship. You may send your credit card information securely over the Internet taking advantage of our 128-bit encryption, alternatively via phone, fax or snail mail.

Shipping And Handling All orders are despatched by 2nd class post in order to reduce the delivery charge to you. If you prefer, we can use despatch your order by one of a number of carriers to reach you next day, including timed delivery options if required, at an additional cost. Delivery Schedule We aim to process your order right away. We despatch goods by post and you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days. International orders are generally received in 5-7 days, depending on the destination country.

DAMAGED GOODS - Please do not accept delivery of goods where the packaging shows obvious signs of damage or tampering. Please unpack goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 24 hours if the goods are in any way damaged. If you fail to notify us accordingly, we may be unable to make a claim against our carriers .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges We are not a VAT registered company

Returns Policy If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email, fax or post within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will gladly refund your purchase, less carriage costs, within this time period if you are not completely satisfied, assuming the goods are returned to us at your expense, unused, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Please refer to our Delivery Schedule for information relating to damaged items. This does not effect your statutory rights.
